Upcoming Zoning Requests: 

* 201 N Church Street (R22-0007) Requested rezoning from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to DT (Downtown). This was an old hospice care business and has been requested to be used for a funeral service business.

* 111 Woodlawn Place (SUP22-0008) Current zoning is R-1 (Low-Density Residential) and the owner has requested a Special Use Permit to allow a short-term rental / Air BnB.

* 109 Springdale Drive (SUP22-0009) Current zoning is R-1 (Low-Density Residential) and the owner has requested a Special Use Permit to allow a short-term rental / Air BnB.

* 308 N Hightower Street (SUP22-0010) Current zoning is M-1 (Light Industrial) and the owner has requested a Special Use Permit to allow an event center. 

ALL ZONING REQUESTS HAVE TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS.
