Spherion Staffing and Recruiting in Middle Georgia has announced a change in leadership and a new office location. After 14 years, Michael Chalmers has transferred ownership to Nicole Crofutt, who has been with the company for six years as vice president. The office is now located at 2811 Watson Boulevard, Suite 6, in Warner Robins.

Nicole Crofutt expressed her enthusiasm for her new role: “I’m honored to continue building on the foundation Michael has established in the community,” she said. “His invaluable mentorship has shaped me into the leader I am today. Crofutt's career began after meeting Chalmers at a chamber of commerce event in Warner Robins. Her husband, Jimmy Crofutt, will join her in managing backend operations.
