County of Jones issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
The Jones County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for a Parks, Recreation & Golf Director. This position is responsible for the overall management, administration, and safe and efficient operation of the Jones County Parks, Recreation and Golf Course. The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience. The applicant must have a valid Georgia driver’s license.
