Monroe County issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
The Monroe County Tax Commissioner’s office has one position to fill. The starting pay is $14.00 plus benefits. We will be accepting applications until Friday, Sept. 24. Our office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Applications can be picked up and filled out at the Tax Commissioner’s Office on the first floor of the Monroe County Administration Building at 38 West Main St.
