The 30th annual Reindeer Run and Santa Stroll, benefiting Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, at 8:30 a.m.

“Each year the community looks forward to the Reindeer Run and Santa Stroll as a way to kick off their holiday season. Come on out and join us in spreading holiday cheer for a great cause,” said Tom Gibbons, Navicent Health Foundation board chair.

The 5K Reindeer Run and 1-Mile Santa Stroll will begin and end at Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, 700 Spring St., Macon. Complimentary parking is available in the Yellow Deck, 1014 Forsyth St.

Register online at www.navicenthealthfoundation.org through Dec. 2 or on race day from 7 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Shirts will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration fees are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, registration fees will be used as donations to Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital. No pets, bikes or roller blades will be allowed. For their safety, participants with strollers will be starting behind runners.

“Since its inception, the Reindeer Run has raised more than $750,000 in support of Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital’s mission to elevate health, hope and well-being for pediatric patients and their families. As the region’s only dedicated pediatric hospital, the children’s hospital relies on philanthropic support to provide high quality health care to pediatric patients from across the state,” said Ellen Johnson, president of the Navient Health Foundation.
