Notice of Public Hearing

 The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The property is owned by Raymond & Michelle Simpson ETAL and is located at 793 JW Ashley Rd, (T081 004) Dry Branch, Ga 31044. It is 54.14 acres, and the property owners will creating a new parcel of 2.70 acres for Residential. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting to be changed to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.

The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The property is owned by Brenda Little Goff located at 2029 Lucy Chapel Rd (T131 040) Jeffersonville, Ga 31044. It is 5 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting to be changed to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.

 The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
