The Jones County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for a full time Library Assistant.  The applicant will be responsible for assisting patrons of the library, planning and organizing reading programs, performing clerical duties, and maintaining the library’s inventory of books, files, and other records.  The applicant must be able to work some Saturdays.  The applicant must have a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.  One year customer service experience is required.
