Jones County Sheriff’s Office introduces command staff leadership team

The Jones County Sheriff’s Office has highlighted the role of its Command Staff, who work with Sheriff Butch Reece to oversee daily operations. The team is responsible for supervising patrol units, investigations, jail management, 911 services, and public outreach efforts.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, “Our Command Staff works alongside Sheriff Butch Reece to ensure the safety, efficiency, and professionalism of all our operations. From overseeing patrol, investigations, and the jail, to directing 911 services and managing public outreach, these leaders play a critical role in keeping our community safe every day.”

The office encourages residents with questions or concerns about any area of its operations to reach out to members of the Command Staff. “They’re here for you, too! If you have questions or concerns about any area of our office, our Command Staff is ready to assist and guide you,” according to a statement from the department.
