John F. Kennedy, a Republican candidate for Georgia’s next Lieutenant Governor and current state senator representing the 18th Senate District since 2015, recently used his social media platform to share updates from his campaign trail.

On March 14, 2026, Kennedy expressed gratitude to local party members by posting: “Thank you to the Jackson County GOP for letting me speak and talk about our vision for Georgia as your next Lt. Governor this morning!”

The following day, March 15, he acknowledged an advocacy group’s efforts and highlighted policy discussions: “Thank you to Frontline Policy for all the work you do on behalf of conservative and Christian values. This opportunity to discuss the issues directly impacting our state was invaluable, and I truly appreciate the chance to participate. As your next Lt. Governor, I promise to”

On March 16, Kennedy posted about engaging with residents in rural parts of the state: “Had a wonderful afternoon meeting with members of the community in Homerville. Small-town Georgia matters, and you deserve a voice at the Capitol who understands your values and needs.”

Kennedy has served in the Georgia State Senate since 2015 after succeeding Cecil Staton as representative of District 18.
