John F. Kennedy, a Republican who has represented Georgia’s 18th Senate District since 2015, announced endorsements from several state lawmakers in a series of posts on his Twitter account.

On May 28, 2026, Kennedy posted: “Honored to have the support of Representative Bill Yearta! https://t.co/HMe0PXh5U7”.

The following day, on May 29, he shared another endorsement: “Honored to have the support of Representative Buddy DeLoach! https://t.co/qZZC7e2rGA”.

Later that morning, Kennedy added: “Honored to have the support of Senator Lee Anderson! https://t.co/nzJvYYEkt1”.

Kennedy has served in the Georgia State Senate since 2015 after succeeding Cecil Staton. He is affiliated with the Republican Party and represents Georgia’s 18th Senate District.
