The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) has announced AthletesGoLive (AGL) as the official scoring app partner for baseball and softball programs across the state. The decision affects 465 schools under GHSA’s jurisdiction.
Starting immediately, high school baseball and softball teams in Georgia are encouraged to use AGL to score all games during the 2026 season. By 2027, it will be mandatory for baseball teams to use the AGL app to ensure compliance with the state’s pitch count regulations.
Don Corr, GHSA Associate Director, commented on the partnership: “The GHSA is very excited to have AthletesGoLive as our new Baseball scoring partner. AGL will improve the scoring of games while integrating the appropriate information with PitchKount and MaxPreps. This will save coaches valuable time during their season.”
AthletesGoLive is a national provider specializing in digital scoring for diamond sports. The platform allows teams and fans free access to live scores and broadcasts of games from any location. In addition, AGL offers tools that assist with fundraising and recruiting efforts.
Andrew Biele, Founder of AthletesGoLive, said: “AthletesGoLive is proud to partner with the GHSA to expand high-quality scoring access to high schools across Georgia. This collaboration strengthens our shared commitment to supporting student-athletes, their families, and their coaches, and we look forward to demonstrating the meaningful impact our platform can make in communities across our home state.”
Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, AGL has previously collaborated with GHSA on major events such as coverage of the State Softball Championships and Southeastern High School Baseball Classic.
In 2026, AthletesGoLive expanded its presence in high school sports by becoming an official baseball and softball scoring partner of both the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and NFHS Network. It is also recognized as a preferred auto-sync partner of MaxPreps.
