County of Twiggs issued the following announcement on  May 17. 

The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.

The property is owned by Dennard B J Estate (Benjamin J Dennard, Jr/ Sonya K. Kauffman) and is located at 12401 Georgia Highway 129 (T025-052) Dry Branch, Ga 31020. It is 59.08 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting for a rezoning of 2.3 acres & 1.5 acres of the original tract to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.

The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia.
