County of Twiggs issued the following announcement on Sept. 27.
Notice of Public Hearing
The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.
The property is owned by Tim and Alyson O’Brien and is located at 2251 2251 Prospect Church Rd (T118 035) Jeffersonville, Ga 31044. It is 62.88 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting to be changed to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
