County of Twiggs issued the following announcement on June 23.
The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. The property is owned by Meta Farm LLC and is located at Ga Highway 57, (T078-001, 007, 008, 009, & 011) Gordon, Ga 31031. It is 130 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting to be rezoned to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
