County of Twiggs issued the following announcement on Oct. 19.
The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. The property is owned by Bear Ridge LLC/ Dennis & Julie Wilson and is located at 1745 Albert Jenkins Rd, (T070 005B) Dry Branch, Ga 31044. It is 119.23 acres, and the property owners will creating a new parcel of 5.07 acres for Residential. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and requesting to be changed to Residential Agriculture (R-Ag) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
