County of Twiggs issued the following announcement on Mar. 31. 

Twiggs County Elections announces an Online Absentee Application Portal.

The application acceptance period is March 7 – May 13, 2022.

The Application for Georgia Official Absentee Ballot bearing “APP-21″ on the bottom right corner is the acceptable form. If the form appears otherwise official in image and likeness but the form number is cut off due to applicant printer margin settings, the form should be accepted.
