High school booster clubs often face challenges managing fundraising, dues collection, and volunteer coordination. A new platform, Cheddar Up, is offering a digital solution aimed at streamlining these tasks for booster organizations.

Cheddar Up allows clubs to set up an online page where they can collect membership dues, donations, event ticket payments, and merchandise orders in one place. The system tracks each payment automatically and provides real-time reports with clear records of who paid, what was paid for, and when. Clubs can also use the platform to gather information such as waivers and volunteer sign-ups alongside payments.

Families are not required to download an app or create an account to make payments. They have options including credit card, eCheck, or installment plans if the club uses the Team plan. Booster clubs can decide whether to absorb transaction fees or pass them on.

For club treasurers and board members, Cheddar Up offers downloadable reports, customizable receipts, and role-based manager access so multiple leaders can manage collections securely.

Booster clubs across the country have adopted Cheddar Up for various needs including membership management and spirit wear sales. According to Stephanie Kiesel, President of Avon Eagles Boosters: “Cheddar Up has been a total game-changer. It’s so easy to use, helps us stay organized, and makes collecting payments a breeze. We’ve been able to get all our teams on board, and it saves us hours of work.”

As part of an exclusive offer for Georgia High School Association (GHSA) members, Cheddar Up is providing its Team plan free of charge to teams and booster clubs. This plan includes unlimited items per page, ticketing features, recurring payments options, a custom group website link for each club’s activities as well as advanced reporting tools.

Booster clubs interested in using this service can activate their free Team plan through a special GHSA link provided by Cheddar Up.
