Of the 153,200 citizens living in Bibb County in 2019, 115,586 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 62,829 of those people were female and 52,757 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
