Braddock’s Cask & Table, a restaurant located in downtown Macon and owned by Mercer University faculty members Dr. Brittan Braddock and Executive Chef Ingrid Davis, has marked its first year of operation. The establishment is known for serving globally inspired New American cuisine, including dishes such as duck breast over mushroom risotto and curated wine pairings.

The owners have expressed that their approach to food and service is shaped by a dedication to hospitality and community engagement. “From duck breast over mushroom risotto to thoughtfully curated wine pairings, every dish reflects their shared passion for hospitality and community,” the co-owners stated.

In addition to running the restaurant, Braddock and Davis are investors in the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce. Their involvement highlights a commitment to supporting local business development and civic initiatives. According to the owners, “Beyond the kitchen, Braddock and Davis are active investors in the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, reinforcing their commitment to local business growth and civic engagement.”

Since opening, Braddock’s Cask & Table has become popular among Mercer faculty, students, and residents of Macon. The restaurant aims to provide not only meals but also opportunities for building connections within the community.
