The Jones County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk.  The applicant will be responsible for processing account payables/ receivables, data entry, processing purchase orders, recording information for 1099 forms and W-9 forms for vendors, preparing monthly bills, and preparing reports for the yearly financial audit and budget.  The applicant must have computer skills and customer service experience.  A valid Georgia driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent is required.  The applicant must have 1 – 2 years’ experience.
