Monroe County School District enrolled 4,492 students in the 2024-25 school year, 2.7% more than the previous year, according to reports from the Georgia Department of Education.

Of all students enrolled in the 2024-25 school year, 51% were male, and 49% were female.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 68% of the Monroe County School District’s total enrollment.

Among the five schools in the district, Mary Persons High School recorded the highest enrollment of 1,303 students in the 2024-25 school year.
